Questions from the front row.

Most of what people ask is answered below. If yours isn’t, send us a note and a real person will reply.

Is Alunivo really free?: Completely. You start with 1,000 virtual coins and can reset to 1,000 whenever you like. There is nothing to buy, now or later.
Can I win real money or prizes?: No. Alunivo is a social casino for entertainment only. There’s no real-money wagering, and coins can’t be cashed out, redeemed or exchanged for anything of value.
Why did my balance reset when I reloaded the page?: Coins live only in your open browser tab. Nothing is saved to a server or an account, so reloading or closing the page starts a fresh show with 1,000 coins.
How are the results decided?: Each reel stop is drawn independently at random by your browser’s cryptographic random number generator. Rarer symbols are weighted to appear less often, which is why they pay more. The full paytable is on the game page.
What happens when I run out of coins?: The Spin button pauses and a message tells you why. Lower your bet if you can still cover a smaller stake, or press “Reset balance” to start over.
Who can play?: Adults aged 18 and over. Alunivo is not intended for anyone younger.
Do I need an account?: No. There are no accounts, logins or sign-ups of any kind.
